Can we try on our made-to-measure bra before buying?

Asymétrio n'a pas de boutique officielle et n'a pas de stock. Chaque produit est réalisé à la commande selon les mensurations des clientes. Cependant, certains produits sont réalisés afin de présenter les ensembles et la collection lors des événements. Si votre taille est disponible vous pouvez bien entendu les essayer.

What is the delivery time for my made-to-measure bra made in France ?

We know the values of made in France, and that's why we love it so much. Asymétrio has chosen to delegate production to a French atelier in the Maine-et-Loire department, run by 5 skilled and passionate women. Much more than just a lingerie set, these are rare and unique pieces. By choosing the made-to-measure experience, you can be sure that your outfit will fit you, because it will be cut and sewn especially for you. Between the order, the design, the preparation of your order and the delivery to your home, it takes between 1 and 2 months. You will of course be informed by email of the progress of your order.

What should I do if the product doesn't fit?

When it comes to made-to-measure, there is no obligation to exchange or refund. Concerned about women's well-being, Asymétrio is committed to 200% customer satisfaction. For reasons of hygiene, none of the brand's products will be exchanged or refunded. However, if the measurements are not taken correctly, because to be mistaken is ok that can happen. Asymétrio will take back your order within 15 days of receipt. A free size adjustment will be made.

With your feedback we will re-evaluate your exact size.

Once your size has been validated, you must send your bra to the atelier at your own expense.

Your bra will be returned free of charge to your delivery address at your expense.
